Your favorite out of the original 3 Mario Parties?

Mario Party 3 was my favorite. Most of the mini-games were fun and awesome, the party mode had great items and boards and the story mode was good. I loved the funny scenes like when Bowser gets out of the way when Tumble asks him and when Daisy slapped Bowser really really far away.

gotta go mario party 2. I personally thought the boards were pretty ban in MP3, however the mini games were great. In MP2 i thought it was great all around

It's close between 2 and 3 but I'm going with 3. I think 1 is the worse without a doubt and 3 was just more entertaining overall

And the boards aren't actually as boring as you think they are. Mario Party 4 had boring boards and 3 is nowhere close to it.

yea i just remember i hated that underwater board for some reason and it ruined the game for me. Maybe ill play it with my brother tonight or something and see wat it is that made me so angry in that board haha

I hated the underwater board (Deep Blooper Sea) in MP3 too but like for no reason really other than the fucking squid that always moved me when I didn't wanna move. :-\

yes! thats the board you have to choose the colors or something and if you get it wrong you get moved right??? Thats probably why i think the boards are terrible hahaha. that scarred me as a kid

Mario Party 3. Did you know...did you know.....did you know that it was my FIRST ever Mario Party? I remember the day I got it: August 18, 1991... ahh, the memories.

Then it goes Mario Party, then Mario Party 2.... I didn't really like the multiple themes.

It's a tie between the first and third Mario Parties for me, personally. Mario Party 1 was my first ever Mario Party game when i was smaller, and it's still great fun, but Mario Party 3's minigames are far more fun, and i like the addition of Tumble.

Mario Party 2 since it's the only one I own, but I'd like to see Mario Party 3. If it ever goes on virtual console I'll buy it since it's too expensive to buy it used for N64.

I voted for that MP2 for board nostalgia.

Ohhh they're all fantastic. The first one I had heaps of fun with, even on that painful Rainbow Castle when you'd be on track for the winning star and the person before you changed it to Bowser... ahhh ^_^
Mario Party 2 was also fantastic, but I wish it were more original with its minigames instead of borrowing a lot from the first one. It was a feature lots of people liked, but as far as I was concerned, been there, done that.
Mario Party 3 is my favourite Got to finally pick Waluigi, which would do until Toad, which would do until Hammer Bro x] But nothing compares to Mario Party 3's odd yet awesome graphics and minigames.

I do like the 2nd one because of all the cool themes and such, but I voted for the 3rd. I just posted in MP3's (not to get it confused with the music player) 10th anniversary topic little tidbits about how much I love it and miss it!
