MP3 is my Favorite. I like Duel...most of the Time.
Mario Party 2. They had mini-games that were similar to Mario Party and I liked its boards there.
MP3. It's almost a dead heat between 2 and 3 for me (my 2 favorite MP games) but 3 gets the edge for having more varieties of things to choose from.
Like Cook, it's a close one between MP2 and 3, but I personally lean towards MP3 for its extensiveness and expansion on the MP series and format. Oh, and the storyline as well.
Mario Party 3 because it's better! :3

MP3. Believe it or not, I've never played 1. And, of course, 2 didn't have a better storyline than 3.
MP3 was a great game, but MP2 wins out of any of the MP's!
MARIO PARTY 2 and MARIO PARTY 3 are just as good as each other.
Defiantly Mario Party 3.
I really liked Mario Party 2 but im going to go with Mario Party 3 because it was a lot more wacky and colorful and i thought the boards were better than before along with the minigames. But i do remember having a lot of fun with both. 
Hard decision, I'll go with Mario Party
Mine is Mario Party 3.I like the story made and the paper mario theme.
Mario Party 3. Did you know...did you know.....did you know that it was my FIRST ever Mario Party? I remember the day I got it: August 18, 1991... ahh, the memories.
Then it goes Mario Party, then Mario Party 2.... I didn't really like the multiple themes.

Mario Party 2 was my first Mario Party to buy. I loved the boards and the minigames...and everything. 3 was really good too.

Mario Party 3. I just loved the music, which was the main quality of the game that I liked. I also liked the cartoony feel of the game, it worked well with the boards and mini-games.
