It's a Fact.

The Best Western company began establishing hotels east of the Mississippi during the 1960s,using the name Best Eastern, but the name proved to be very unpopular, and the hotels failed. After 1967 all their hotel names were changed to Best Western. Today, the hotel chain is one of the largest in the world. The words best and west rhyme; was that the reason the name Best Western triumphed and Best Eastern tanked?

In my research, I also found a hotel series ("Chain" sounds a little derogatory given the luxurious context)called "Best Eastern" that operates independently in Pakistan.

It's a Fact.

The church of All Saints in Sedlec, Czech Republic, contains the remains of over 70,000 people. During the plague, thousands of people were buried inside the church. When the church was redecorated in the Baroque style, the plague victims' bones were used to create all the furniture, artwork, and decorative items. The church's centerpiece, an elaborate bone chandelier, looks as if it belongs in a cannibal's cave, not in a Roman Catholic chapel.
