Shy Guy of course. Rosalina might make it too.
Shy Guy, Koopa, Rosalina definitely.
Them, along with Diddy Kong.yoshi_7 said:

Rosalina, Funky Kong, Shy Guy and Koopa!! We...want...them!! >:3
I want Shy Guy and Koopa Troopa to be playable so badly...
Rosalina is a good addition too.

Hmm the Shy Guy definatley. I dunno about Rosalina. I think she would make a good host not a character. Bowser would make a good character if they changed the villain
I agree about roselina and diddy kong should be newDejb1234 said:

^ That's probably too many at once. Doubt that would happen.
I think that Dixie Kong should also be in, so that Diddy Kong is not left out in terms of playable characters.

I don't think Dixie will make it in MP9.
But I'm sure Diddy has a good chance to be a playable character in MP9.
How about replacing Dixie for Pauline? (or Azalea)

They're too old, IMO.
I want more Kongs and some babies too.
Probably Goomba, because he's never been playable. Ever.
Goomba is playable in Mario Super Sluggers, 8socc3r.
Goomba is good, but... I don't think he has a good chance to be a playable character in Mp9.

I meant the MP series.
Sorry for any confusion.
It was just a suggestion though. I would like to see King Boo up there too.
I would definitely like to see King Boo make it as a playable character, since then Boo will have a good partner.8socc3r said:
By the way, 8socc3r and RHB, try not to 1-on-1, please. Thank you.
King Boo does a good addition for a MP game, but don't you think King Boo will end up being unplayable again?
But I'm sure Boo will be a playable character. I wonder if Queen Boo will make her first appearance in MP9...

^ Queen Boo?...Who knows.
I would like to see DK and Koopa Kid back while Birdo and Blooper leave the rooster! ^^
Rosalina, Koopa and Mii could be new characters!

How 'bout
White Mage,Moogle,or Cactuar
from Mario Hoops 3 on 3

^ That would be nearly impossible...They only add Mario characters that have been appearing from a long time!
Omg...I saw a guy saying: I hope they add Plum in MP9!
You know...the guy from Mario Tennis 64.
