God I agree definitely.

IMO there should be no luck minigames, battle/duel or not.  They are just irritating.

But knowing Nintendo, they'll find a way to annoy us once again.

I'm fine with luck mini-games, just hopefully no luck battle/duel. Otherwise it'd be fine imo.

Yeah, it should really be no less than 100. :/

Less means we replay then 5685 times like in Mario Party 1,2,3, and 4.

Here's a recap of the minigames shown in the trailer. Anyways I'm fine with luck minigames as far as it's not in a high-stakes situation like a battle game. I mean sometimes they're kinda interesting like Days at the Races from Mario Party 2 but since it was a battle game it's annoying.

I would hope there's enough minigames so you don't end up playing the same minigames like twice or more each in a 50 turn game like you do in the older games.

Anyone know the exact count of minigames from each Mario party game, or a link to where it says? It would be interesting to know, in my opinion. And I never played MP's older than 6 (but I've watched a lot of videos)
I think the more the better. Even if some of them are bad I really want a good amount not just 15 4 player minigames that you get sick of during your fifth time playing.

I was thinking 100 minigames. 75 new, 25 retro. And NO duplicate minigames (like duel and 4 player version counting as two minigames).

I really hope they don't recycle games as duel games that just shows laziness.

I agree, duel mini-games should be fresh on its own kind.

Apparently there's gonna be 80 new minigames:

Includes 80 outrageous new minigames that find players making pizzas, escaping haunted mansions, and racing snowmobiles.

I'm down with making pizzas. ;D

No, not really. It's been done before, but this is a new twist to the formula. It's meant to speed up the game play a little more.

I might find it weird at first... but because this had happened before, it won't be that weird.

Isn't the solo mode of Mario Party 6 also got these kind of spaces? Even if I didn't really play that much this game (because I don't own it), I don't really mind to have these kind of spaces, these will be awesome! Even more with some opponents!

I feel cool with triggering the minigames by landing on spaces, they are trying new things!
