It's a little too early to be discussing this. We still have to go through the release of Mario Party 9. Then we can put our thoughts for Mario Party 10.

New/Unlockables: Shy guy, Kamek, Dry Bones, Diddy Kong, Mii's!!!

Classic Boards, 8-12 new boards, story mode and CUTSCEENES!!, Classic minigames, atleast over 70 new minigames, Shop... were u can buy extra stuff like a few special minigames and other stuff, not characters ..... it be cool if we could unlock them in story mode maybe boards but idk

Maybe bowser jr. could be playable after u beat the story mode. It would be really cool if they made another special bowser board like Bowsers castle that would be sick.
Note: This will be the only MP that will make us collect stars instead of coins because in the story line when bowser collects the stars from space so mario has to collect the stars so next Mp will probs. be the coins again, unless they think of something else for us to get on the blue space.

Do what the others did. Make it like MP9 but with improvements make DK, Rosalina, and Miis playable and give it new boards and a new story.
Characters: Bring back Boo/Toadette/Dry Bones. Maybe add Rosalina if she remains popular.
Mini-games: I'd love some rehashed/flashback mini-games.

mario party 9 is fun, but i feel this game is missing a small flaw.
the dice dictate what you will do and there is no way around it. The only thing you can do is roll different type of dice in hopes of a better outcome.
they should have chance and community chest sort of cards or items that you can use to prevent bad things from happening.
For instance if you know you are going to land on a bad spot this turn or lose stars you should be able to play a special card that prevents you from losing any stars this turn. of course getting these items requires landing on a item spot and some of the items can be bad or rare.

She could either be a playable character, the host or replace the DK square with a 'Rosalina square' containing space type mini-games. Since it's the tenth Mario Party, it should also be the biggest. Therefore, it should have the option to choose up to 8 players. It would be awesome to have an 8 player ffa on wi-fi free play. It should have a wide selection of 8 player mini-games to choose from. 8 individual players may be too much on one board, so it could divide teams in 2v2v2v2 and 4v4. This would work well with the car system as there could be 2-4 cars containing 2-4 characters.

These are my ideas.
I really like the idea of Rosalina being a board host. I didn't mind the multi-coloured Toads hosting but Rosalina would be cooler. Plus it means some kind of space-themed hub or something. Comet Observatory seems like a pretty good place for a party, with the different little domes being modes, haha. It works too well!
Or maybe another hub, who knows. I feel like Story Mode could be improved a bit with the cutscenes and so on like Mario Party 3 and a few others did. But as big an ask as it is, maybe add in a bit of a story to it. I don't mind Bowser being evil but he can't just crash parties for the heck of it. Mario Party 9's "I'm stealing all the mini stars" was kinda weird. Though I liked what they did with the bosses.
My favourites were Mario Party 3 and Mario Party 6, for their interesting game modes and the boards. I'm not sure if Mario Party should return to normal board maps or keep changing things up, but I do get a bit annoyed if some maps are weird ones like "ride Chain Chomps and steal stars".
Oh, and yeah, wi-fi and retro minigames sound awesome. Mario Party 10 could be some kind of Mario Party Mega Collection, haha.
