When you land on one, you can transform it into any of the following for 200g (to my knowledge) :
Home - Opponents pay you (your Level x30)g when they land on it, which when you land on it, all other players are forced to come to this space.
Tax Office - Opponents pay you 10% of their Net Worth when they land on it, while you gain 5% of your net worth if you land on it.
Balloon Port - Opponents pay you a set amount of cash (depending on your net worth I believe), while when you land on it, you can travel to any space you wish, activating it upon landing.
Estate Agency - Opponent's shops close upon landing on this for a turn, while you can purchase any vacant store upon landing on it.
Circus - Opponent pays you a set amount of cash depending on the circus level (Level 1 - 100, Level 2 - 500, Level 3 - 1000). Upon landing on it, you may upgrade this circus level for 100g (it also boosts the value of the vacant plot by 100g per).
Checkpoint - Opponent pays you (Number of times passed x 10)g upon passing this space - nothing else happens upon landing. It counts as your shop when you land on it, meaning you can invest in your other shops.
3-Star Shop - A normal shop that sells for 1000g normally. Note that it also costs 1000g to construct, in which upon construction immediately affects stock value. Can invest in it as normal, which can further increase the value like normal.
The special feature about all Vacant plot properties is that they don't get better as you get more of the same shops with them in the same district (your shops will get better while you have this however) (Excluding the 3-Star Shop).
You can also change the setup to any of the other places at any time, though to do so you end off selling the one you got for 75-80% of it's worth then immediately buying the new one for full price (in easier terms, it costs you 40-50g in order to change properties around for the most part).7
Also there can only be up to 3 of each kind of Vacant plot property at a time. Meaning there can only be 3 Balloons, 3-Star Shops, or Tax Offices at a time. This limit only applies to each kind of property individually, among all players.
I would need some clarification on these. Overall they are simpler to calculate than the normal shops tbh.

They sound pretty good, Ill add them! The problem is i don't know if i have the models for the balloon port, etc. ill check tho and f i don't ill use like a drawing.
