Yes. CTQ is much worse than Ampsen's though, but glasses for both.
As of now, no, even when I can be on the computer quite a lot sometimes! 
idk why, but at my last doctor's appointment, I got a perfect score on my eye test. Maybe when I'm older though.

As you probably already saw from my vote earlier this morning, I have slight myopia, so I need glasses for driving, watching movies from afar, etcetera. At home, I almost never wear them.
