7th Generation Of Pokemon coming in 2016?

On the announcement of Pokemon Go! They showed a timeline of the main games, with 2016 having no Main Games but it was represented in there.

And dont come here to say: "OH NO IT'S TOO SOON! IT'S IMPOSSIBLE"
As you can clearly see all the games have 3 years separating them with Diamond and Pearl being the only exception (4 Years)
Could this mean the 7th Gen is in 2016, which is also the 20th Anniversary of Pokemon?
 
So Gen 7 is in 1016 cool I can't wait for the new pokemon

Did you somehow go back in time for a 1,000 years?

It's possible that we'll see the seventh gen next year. 20th anniversary is a big deal. The Diamond and Pearl remakes are definitely not coming until after, likely 2017 or so.

I am sorry I thought I put 2016, I agree that's a gen 7 thing Diamond and Pearl Remakes after the Real Gen 7 game

Because the remakes are better than the originals / he was too young to play the originals?  :p

I just hope the new pokemon aren't as god-awful as gen 6... then again, I didn't like gen 5 at first either.
 
I really want a 7th generation, I'm not going to lie, but at the same time, I feel like we haven't ''exactly'' explored the 6th generation and Kalos enough. Like, some of the best parts of Emerald, Platinum and B2/W2 was re-exploring the regions with twists, new and improved features, new areas and a somewhat ''different'' story (excluding Yellow and Crystal since I never played them). With that said, it's very likely we will get the next generation soon. There's already a new Pokemon, so I wouldn't be surprised if more was revealed on the first half next year.

For Diamond and Pearl, being the games I played the most... I seriously can't wait for the remakes... Like really. I really want to go through the region with my Empoleon all over again. Though, I know it won't come until a couple more years.

Like I still remember my original team and for nostalgia purposes, I'd use it again. Empoleon, Staraptor, Roserade, Rapidash, Luxray and Mismagius.

Staraptor was a frigging king.

Generation 4 had the best Pokemon IMO. Really hope Gen 7 will ditch the exaggerated cute / weird / tough themes and make more Pokemon like the Gen 4 starters. The grass one - forget his third stage's name - looked amazing.

Torterra - A Turtle with grass, a rock and a tree on it's shell
Monferno - A Fighting Fire Monkey
Empoleon - A Majestic as f*ck Penguin

Defenitely the best starters in Pokémon History :D
 
Staraptor is easily my favorite ''generic'' flying type Pokemon. By generic, I mean from the first routes (Pidgeot, Noctowl, Swellow, Unfezant and Talonflame would be the others).

About the starters, I have to agree. Other than Samurott, Greninja and maybe Serperior, the others from gen 5 and 6 have been meh to me while all previous generations I actually had trouble choosing a starter. Really hoping the next starters are amazing looking.

I don't really like any of the Gen 6 starters. Greninja might be the best one, but he's too much of an edgy ninja for me. I've gotten used to the Gen 5 starters, though, so I can appreciate them a lot more and I think they're decent now. I had picked the grass one because it was the only one which looked like it might turn out decent. It's second phase looked -TERRIBLE- (though still better than the fire starter's second phase...) and  it's third stage looked alright, but seemed to try to hard to be a 'tough grass type' and wasn't anywhere near as good as Torterra.

And speaking of generic flying-type pokemon, it'd be nice if things would get switched around this time. Was nice to et a fire / flying type this time instead of a normal / flying, but I'd really like to see a different start, instead of 'here's your two evolution normal pokemon, here's your fish, here's your elemental starters, here's your generic flying type', maybe get something more exotic, like route 1 ghost types or something. Would be nice to have a different triad of starters, too, like maybe fighting -> dark -> psychic or something. Though that's a pipe dream and will probably never happen.
 
So more Pokemon news came out and as it seems, Zygarde is getting more 3 more forms :p
Although those news are about the pokémon Mega Evolution Special Part IV and the anime, we cant leat escape that this new season will be called "Pokemon XY & Z"
Could this mean we will get Pokemon Z before the 7th Gen?


So the forms confirmed are, Zygarde Core (The green blob, which can reunite with Zygarde Cells to create Zygarde), Zygarde 10% and Perfect Zygarde (The one seen in that trailer, which appears when Zygarde 50% can't defeat an opponent and unleashes its power to achieve perfection)

Now here's something people noticed (including me LOL)

Pokemon --------------- Dragon Ball
Mewtwo  --------------- Frieza
Zygarde  --------------- Cell

COINCIDENCE? I DON'T THINK SO!

We also got the news of a New Greninja, which seems to be only anime stuff cuz he's only altered to look more like Ash. OR IT COULD MEAN POKEMON Z WILL HAVE POKEMON CUSTUMIZATION OR MORE COSPLAY POKEMON AND CONTESTS! :D
(Or i'm just over reacting LOL)
