I finally got my first cellphone! I'm really excited and I'm loving it. I'm still in the discovering process, but so far it's yazzzz. For the curious ones... It's a Samsung Galaxy S3.

I just got my first HDTV, on July 3rd. It's a 32" Samsung Smart TV with 1080p resolution. I love it as my games have never looked better, plus I finally got rid of my 300 lb. Sony Trinitron. I haven't used the apps or internet as much yet, but I love them so far. =)

Easy Rules:
Property Rent: Base Rent * ((Properties owned in a row-1)*2) * (((ammount invested in the property/base value of property)*2)+1)
However, If ((Properties owned in a row-1)*2) = 0, then that section = 1 instead
Property Max Capital: Base Value * (2*Properties owned in a row)
Standard rules:
Buying multiple property in a 4 property district :
If 2 are bought, the Base Rent of all properties multiplies by 1.25
If 3: Base Rent increases 2 times from the last rent value. (totaling *2.5 from the first base rent)
If 4: Base Rent increases 2 Times the last rent total (totaling 5 Times base Value)
In a 5 Property District:
If 2 are bought: Base Rent multiplies by 1.25
If 3 are bought: Base rent increases 1.6 times the last rent (totaling 2*)

Oh, yeah. In fact, the Stock equation just changed again, although slightly.

The thing is that with regard to staff positions on either website or site, I believe it is stated somewhere that specifically asking for a position (compared with, say, just saying I've written an article, could you look please? I posted it in the correct topic) will lead to being not considered (or considered as last priority).

My grandfather on my mom's side died two years ago and left a whole box of stuff in our basement.
I found a bunch of Kellogs collector cards and this white package, I found these in it:
They've got to be from the late 80s or early 90s considering Mario is shown as Racoon Mario.
I know I could sell these for a lot more than they were worth, but I'm not the person who likes to sell things.

So, I'm gonna be less active due to a few reasons.
1: We didn't switch to unlimited internet bandwidth even though we were supposed to this month. -__-
2: I had to "volunteer" at a camp for kids and so I'll be "working" from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (EST).
3: The fucking power button on my laptop broke off, so now I have to share the PC with my brother. Which he hogs.
My dad said he'll look for a mechanic to see if he can get the laptop fixed. =P
