Yeah, but you'd have to hunt down an old PS3, if you're going for backwards compatibility.cookieboy17 said:I don't think he realizes Gamecube games also costed 50 dollars when they were new. You're better off getting 5$-10$ PS2 games anyways.

But you have a PS3 too...cookieboy17 said:I'll go for the leg--wait a sec I have a 360! :-\
It cost them a lot of money to produce the original PS3. They had to add the Emotion Engine and the graphics synthesizer. Apparently, they lost a lot of money when they made those PS3's. They sold them for $600 when it cost them at least $800 to make.cookieboy17 said:Oh yea I keep on forgetting that. Anyway, I've heard stories that the original PS3's overheat easily; basically heaters. If you look inside the back of an original 20GB or 60GB and compare it to the 3rd Gen, they have much more metal inside of them. If you don't want the cool touch-sensitive buttons, then the slim's the best. I still say keep the wii.
The price dropped :Snowy The Czar said:Are you sure you aren't talking about a 360?Chubzster said:It cost them a lot of money to produce the original PS3.
