Dec 27 - Create a Mario Party Villain

[size=18pt]Objective: We are constantly seeing Bowser crashing the parties, but how about a new villain for a change? Create a new villain that has not appeared in any Mario Party game before. Be sure to include a name and a description. Images are also a huge plus!

Can it be someone from a past Mario game like Fawful?​
 
Toadette

Toadette and her family have recently caused a havoc. She's mad that Mario hasn't invited her to any of his parties or kart races in a while! While her mother Heather has taken up role as host, and her father Lord Toadarius holds the gang hostage, Toadette makes sure she's large and in charge by taking Bowser's place as the Deliverer of Darkness! She's used her Mother's magic dice to turn every Bowser Space into a Toadette Space, and eventually reveals an odd green growth on her back in the shape of a diamond. Every time a board is completed in Story Mode, Toadette undergoes a metamorphosis, eventually transforming into Chaos Toadette, a wicked demonized Toadette that comes in a Land (Spider) Form, Air (Flying) Form, and a Sea (Tentacle) Form!

At this point Toadette has doubled in size and has gained 3 new evil forms. Now that you have enough Star Power from your progress, and have defeated her parents, it is time to become a Star Angel and take down this Stubborn Toadstool once and for all. Hit the Green Chaos Core located on her back, but watch out for any of her attacks!
CONTROLS:
Gamepad: Used to track Toadette down. The power of the Stars has granted you a radar that detects any evil force. She will hide in the darkness, and must be tracked by finding a flashing pink spot on the map. The main battle is seen on the TV.
Stylus (Poke): Tap Toadette to reveal her after she's been spotted. It illuminates the room so she can't hide again until the light wears off.
D-pad or Analog Stick: Move
A: Jump
B: Punch
A+B: Kick
L, R, ZL or ZR: Crouch
Crouch + D-pad or Analog Stick: Rolling Dodge

Toad has taken the role of Star Angel, and is being strangled by Sea Form Chaos Toadette, about to change into Air Form Chaos Toadette.

It probably looks more like a Paper Mario boss but whatever. :p

A direct relative to the chain chomp family; the chump species have a round circular upper body, vicious sharp teeth and a chain-like tail. However, there are noticeable differences compared to the Chain Chomps: The Chump species actually have feet which it uses to crush any unfortunate nearby foes. They also have horns, red eyes and a long piercing pointed tail which it can extend to both attack and defend itself. Also whenever it needs to, it can stand on two feet for greater sight over high objects and to deflect anything thrown at it, but it's usually seen in the stance as shown in the picture. This Chump in particular though, wears a crown and so is larger and more evil-looking than any other of its own kind; hence the name: King Chump.

Living on an isolated island, King Chump did not even know about Mario Party until one of his minions informed him about it. Jealous that he was missing out on the fun, King Chump desperately wanted to join the action. As a true boss should, he terrorized his was into the Mario Party series, with power matching the likes of Bowser.
