I know a lot of people go crazy when they play a Bowser-themed map. Does anyone know why they're so popular?
Why are Bowser maps so popular??

I think it's because they are fun to play on when people get screwed so many times on it. I also think they make it more challenging when most of the happening spacs usually impact you in a negative way.
The Bowser maps are usually the best maps of the game. They have more chances for losing coins or stars and the maps are just wickedly awesome. The lava themes and Bowser randomly breaking or moving things just make the game more fun.
More obstacles and stuff to do. What Ryoux says. But some can be annoying.
Well I know Bowser Land was cool in MP2 cause the bank would actually give you coins when you passed it.

But other than that being good, if you landed on the bank you would lose that much amount of coins he gave to every player. X_X
I guess Bowser maps are just always unique in every Mario Party. They really do stick out from the others that's for sure. But the one in Mario Party 8 is crap. All the others are really good though. And I do love playing on Bowser's boards.

Well, you DO have to unlock them, so why wouldn't you want to play on the board you worked so hard to unlock?

Cause they were pretty cool, no real reason for me on why I like to play them a lot other than it's cool.
I only enjoy Bowser maps in Mario Party,Mario Party 2 and Mario Party4. Great music and fun.
Bowser maps are normally fun to play in it and there are many dangers to avoid and things like that.

Well why AREN'T Bowser maps so popular?? Its usually the best map of the game and you always have to unlock them (except in MP6) and Bowser's one of my favorite characters. I didn't like Bowser spaces though since you know what's going to happen. ugh... especially in MP4 becuase Koopa Kid was cheap. He'd just take coins from people and i hated when he showed up. While Bowser maps haven't changed in their awesomeness, Bowser spaces have become cheaper and that's something that needs to change in MP9.
The Bowser boards are really fun because when I get bored from winning all the time I play solely for the purpose of enjoyment and trying to lose-it's not as easy as you think, lol.
Why Bowser Boards are so fun?
Because Mario Party 5's had this Red Ring of Hell, accessable via a Question Mark space.
