I think every Mario Party had a tutorial, it's a tradition for every Mario Party. Since basically, there are new twists in each Mario Party.
In MPDS, the creators designed and created an entire board and dedicated it to tutorials. Only problem is that you couldn't play on it...
Nothing more genius than wasting time to create a board only to lock it from the players

This is actually the only things I remember playing Mario Party.
I'm so weird.
I'm so weird.
The tutorial was something I'd always watch before playing an MP game, even though I knew how everything worked by reading the manual >_>
And yeah, dedicating a whole mini-board in MPDS to tutorials was... weird.

I only watched the ones from MP1 and MP2 but I knew how to play. I was 4 years old and bored. The boards looked pretty cool. But I never watch tutorials anymore since I already know how to play.
Every Mario Party should have a tutorial. I usually watched the tutorial once every time I played a new Mario Party. Just to see any MAJOR changes.
i mean when you first play the game, not at any time
You never played it only watched it.Kagami said:This is actually the only things I remember playing Mario Party.

And I remember watching the MP2 tutorial at least 10 times.
icr if MP3 had one but I know I watched a tutorial for all the games available for the lulz

I don't know about 4-7
Every Mario Party had at least one mini board that served as a tutorial to date. It sucks that you can't play on them, though the designs look like they're very promising to play on.
Yeah I always wanted to play on the MP2 one. :-\Vipsoccermaster said:
yeah I remember always seeing the created tutorial boards, and I was like why can't we play these?
I always watch tutorials before I start playing...
I always wanted to play on MP4 one! T_T

MP4's one was not the best imo.
Anyways, even though I've already played MP4 before, I still watched its tutorial before getting into it proper. Characters move too damn slowly...
A really crappy but funny idea for an MP is playing ONLY on the tutorial boards of the series. >.<

I think a tutorial should be completely optional.
