Well, been a while since I last posted here, guess I'll tell y'all about a few notable things:
- I was on break from Smash for a while (and I STILL haven't updated my Smash experiences in my blog in forever) and went to my weekly and got 5th. A few days after, I participated at LAN ETS, a Canadian major here. Played in Melee AND Smash 4 (the former was mainly cause a friend from college wanted me to join

). Got 9th in Melee Singles, 4th in Melee Dubs. Smash 4, I got 13th in Singles and 4th in Dubs (teamed with Tarex). Was really proud of how I played in Smash 4, since I caused a lot of upsets (took games off of people from Toronto and other players and I just felt real proud of my gameplay). I am getting my cheque in the mail soon (since I got 4th in Smash 4 Dubs). Next time you'll see me playing on the big stage!
- Since college I've been having anxiety problems, but this week I went to a hospital (dear god I felt so uneasy being there tho) and I have an authorized leave from most of my courses. I'm not on medication but I am gonna have quite a bit of psychotherapy. I finish classes May 12th, and with me having a leave from most of my classes, I'm pretty much just remaining with 2 classes.
- I went to go visit Kels at her work on Thursday, (she started at 10 AM) and I made her day. She told me she finished at 3 PM so I went back there at that time, and we hung out. We went to the mall to get ice cream, then see her friend Liz and Kels' mom drove us to the weekly. And oh boy, it was a blast being in the car with them! Kels' mom is a damn savage.

^She also told me she has another spot for the Canadian National, "Get on my Level" (May 20th-22nd) and would LOVE it if I could join her and the crew. I'd LOVE to travel again, but I need to convince my parents. I should be able to tho... It also starts on her birthday! =P
