Bug in Pokémon Black 2 & White 2
Apparently, there is a bug when you surf at the position shown in the video. Developers must have overlooked this part. It works in any version, be it English, Japanese, European, etc. and it doesn't seem to have any negative effects. Try it out!

The game has only recently been released. How do people find these things...? Do people honestly go around trying out every single Pokemon's move at every part of the game just to see if there's a glitch?

I know, it's weird. People just love to see whatever bugs they can find to exploit and possibly beat the game quicker.
