To answer the question posed in this topic, I don't think Dry Bowser is regular enough to usurp Bowser's position as the primary villain of MP, though he could easily work as a boss. If so, I would see him as a pre- or post-Bowser boss.

I think Bowser and Dry Bowser should team up if he is in the game. It would make the game a little more interesting.
WTF no. If anything, he should be playable, not as a enemy. Otherwise, It be pretty pointless toteam Bowser up with himself. :/

I think it should be in like a battle of Bowser. You beat him and turns to that. Kinda like some other battles like that.
Maybe not a villain, but like a boss or something would be something interesting to see.

No, he shouldn't be in Mario Party unless something happens to Bowser like in New Super Mario Bros.. Because really, Dry Bowser is the SAME Bowser just as a skeleton. Unless there is another Bowser I am unaware of...
well i think bowser should team up with another bad guy if it can not be dry bowser who should it be then? because the game will be a lot more exciting if bowser teamed up with another bad guy

HA HA! HA HA HA HA HA! No. It made no sense in New Super Mario Bros so how much sense would it have in the final boss of MP9? NONE.
How about this: Once you beat Bowser he falls into some lava and melts into Dry Bowser then you battle him as a boss.
I enjoy just having the one an only Bowser, having a new enemy would totally ruin the game so........... phlppt to tat idea

I think if Dry Bowser was in this game it would probably be from a final battle mini game against Bowser and you knock him in lava to beat him and then he comes back as Dry Bowser. (New Super Mario Bros Reference)
