Do you usually play a game straight through or save and quit?

Depends on how many turns I'm doing. If I'm doing 30 turns or less, then I'll play through the whole thing. If it's more, then I'll save and quit.
Usually I can play a 50 turn game of Mario Party 2 or 3 straight easily. Any Mario Party beyond like 5 if I do over 20 turns I gotta save and quit and then sometimes I forget about it.
Sometime it depends, but I can seriously live through 50 turns in any Mario Party. Except Mario Party DS, since the maximum number of turns is 30.
I play until I have to go then, save and quit.
I never have done this. I also only play 20 turn games as well. Only a few occasions have come up where I've played 30 (or whatever the second setting was) and that was with a competition with a friend/rival that we've been talking shit about the whole day prior 
If I don't have time, I'll save and quit. If I do have time, I play it straight through. Though I haven't done a 50 turn Mario Party in a looooooong time.

It depends. If I'm playing with my mom, it almost inevitably ends in the middle. On my own, I'll play it through to the end.
With the first 3 mario parties i can play 30 turns without quiting. With the others i usually save and quit because they seem to take forever.
I usually tend to play a whole game through without saving and quitting. But if I really just wanna stop playing, I'll do so.
Yeah, it seems like the later Mario Party it is, the longer turns take, so I probably save and quit more in later Parties.Coco Bandicoot said:

I have it set to save and quit, most of the time I will finish the board, or I will leave Quit and come back playing. Or if it's the Story mode I'll cheat set it to Save and Quit and Restart the turn if I don't like it. ;D

I just play until I get bored of it. Usually a hour of playing and then Saving and Quitting.
