Player Panel positions!!!

This question might seem odd but I'm interested.

In MPs1-7, the panels where in each corner. In MP8, this was changed to having one in the top left and the other 3 in the top right. Which do you prefer? Would you rather have them in different places?

I prefer the MP8 positions.

I like them at each corner. Really tells me who is 1st to 4th.

I liked the ones from MP8. The cornered ones were good too, but only the ones before MP7. The ones from MP1-5 were rectangular and didn't take much space, the MP6 panels were octagonal rectangles and don't take much space. Now, the ones from MP7 were very large circular squares and took up a lot of space.

I liked the ones in Mario Party 1-6, MP7 took too much space like madstarr said. MP8 were fine, it was a nice change for a while. MPDS took a lot of space in the top screen, but I guess that's all right, since DS you have two screens.

i like the original one the corner well especialy MP5 one though it doesn't have much of a difference. the MP8 one wasn't so good in my opinion.

I think they changed the positions in MP8 to make room for the map and buttons at the bottom.

The corner-positioned panels are a bit easier for recognising who goes first/second/third/forth. But both of them are effective in displaying the information as needed.

I liked the one's in each corner but I can't recall to much of each one specifically.

What are the player panel things...?

H-J: the boxes/ovals/hexagons which have your character's face, no. of coins, no. of Stars, position and items.

The corners are nice, but I like the one in MP8 more because it has a neater placement IMO.

I agree with Hammer Bro, the corners were great, but the ones from MP8 are cooler...
