Just saw direct feed of the E3 demo on the live stream. Noticed that Shy Guys ride in the Wiggler coaster when you're playing the Petey minigame.

I know everyone's talking about regular playable characters, but I'm really hoping we at least get Dry Bowser as a choice for the player being Bowser. I think it would be cool to at least give them someone else, and Dry Bowser seems perfect for that.
As newcomers for this game, i want Rosalina, Lakitu, Baby Mario and Baby Luigi! (even knowing that some people dislike the babies, i only want those 2! ;D )

I think the roster MIGHT be split into Mario and Bowser characters, so you could choose the characters in the car and then the character who chases them, for example:
Team Mario: Team Bowser:
Mario Bowser
Luigi Bowser Jr.
Peach King Boo
Yoshi Larry Koopa
...and so forth. Does anyone think this could be the case? Although I doubt it will happen, it'd be pretty cool.

yeah...Rosalina would be great to be a playable character!!!
It'd be really nice if Toadette will be playable too. By the looks of how she's returning in a few games now, like Mario Kart 8 and Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, I can see it being very likely for her to be in Mario Party 10 too. I really hope so. Toadette will forever be my favourite character!~

Toadette is on the boxart with Toad so I have 99% doubt she would not be playable.
As for the other characters, I think that's it. I know Bowser Jr. can't be playable because I saw his space again on the board and other characters are probably goina be board hazards...
DK being back is great - he took too long an absence from the party crew. Rosalina joining them is also cool as well.

So, after only knowing of 5 characters back at E3, being Mario, Luigi, Peach, Wario, and Bowser, it's nice to finally see more.
I had no doubt that Waluigi, Toad, and Yoshi would be back--I'm just glad to see them.
I'm really glad to see them honoring the older iterations of Mario Party and bring Donkey Kong back to the playable roster.
..And then I just love that Rosalina is playable ;D
I'm hoping Toadette comes back, but I also hope for any of the others missing from Mario Party 9 (Kamek/Magikoopa, Shy Guy, Koopa Troopa, Birdo), but out of them, I only really expect Birdo to return..

They better bring in Toadette, or they'd really be missing out on her spotlight chance! And then Birdo could come back to be paired up with Yoshi.

Doubt Shy Guy will be playable now that we see more of the game.
