Skill based Bowser minigames returning, losers losing items or coins/ministars: Yes, I like it better than reverse/battle.
Individual movement and Classic Mode back: Yes, though having both Car Mode and Classic Mode will be nice.
Custom Minigame list from Mario Party 4: YES! This is a must-be!
No rubberbanded dice, unless it was optional (it was in 9, but not always): I don't care about dice blocks.
Captain Events: OK, but it could be less luck-based.
4 Player Co-op minigames: Yes, and I hope there are at least 3 or 4!
Minigame Island/Coaster from the first two Mario Party games: Yes- but hope it doesn't have things like World 7 like Minigame Coaster.

Individual Movement and Classic Mode should return. ND Cube did an effort to try something different for once.

Custom Mini-Game Pack from Mario Party 4 - I loved this feature. It should have been in future Mario Parties after that, but no. It should be back starting now.

4-Player Co-Op Mini-Games were fun in the Mario Party days. But it's a shame they don't do this anymore. Should be brought back. ND Cube needs to come up with something about that.

Mini-Game Island/Coaster were really fun modes. I agree that it should return now, and I have no clue why they were dropped.
 
I picked 1,2,3 and 6.

The bowser games were just minigames and you hardly got anything for wining.

Individual movement and classic mode should come back but mix it with what then did in mario party 9.

Custom minigame pack I don't no why it was droped but I liked it so it should come back.

4 player Co-OP I loved playing that time of game in the old mario party and I hope it makes a return.
