No no no.  Critique ≠ Flame.

We never said you suck.  We said that you could use some improvement in your artworks.
You used JPEG again.  I mentioned you should use PNG since it is in high quality.

The effect is somewhat weird.  I'm wondering - do you use layers at all?

yes I use layers I had 4 layers in this -_- and ok png will start :v
 
If you're planning on doing more digital art in the future, I suggest buying a Wacom tablet (which isn't the cheapest thing to buy, try getting one that's less than $100) and setting the Shape Dynamics settings in the Brush Settings bar (F5) to Pen Pressure.

Also, if you want, I could probably help you with how you can use guidelines (i.e. shapes and stuff like that) to make the actual drawings look at least more in proportion than they are now. :p

Just a couple of things that haven't already been suggested before in this topic and the other one you made before.
