Well, regardless if you go near a item house or whatever, you still post your move. It's like you are performing the move, but saying it.

Some mini-games are interactive, and others are not. But yeah, we have mini-games.

Dude, this activity has nothing to do with staff ability. But since ou insist:

Aegis asked Billy to switch with Cook so Cook can be on Deep Bloober Sea and Billy on Waluigi's Island, but Billy didn't want that to happen cuz Deep Bloober Sea he has memories with the 2nd MPI, so he decided to stay. So Aegis is mad and decided to quit.
