Also a random unfinished, I've been working on over the past few days.
Hard to see, I know. =P
It has tons of work to do, especially with the hands. I measured the head nicely, but I was pretty sloppy and hasty with the arms. I'm really unsure about the legs and I don't feel too bad about the body. I'm not sure whether or not I should add a background, later, with enemies, or just stick to drawing just her, since that's going to play in when I draw the face.
Good Fish, that's for certain. The others are a bit light so detail isn't as discernable, but texture effects (i.e. lines for shadow/texture) are great.
And what is it with everyone using lined paper to draw?
With your unfinished work, are you intending to get the manga/anime style or just your own? IMO the arms are pretty good, though the right (the one w/ the gun) one does seem thin at the join with the shoulder, and the elbow joint overlap is wrongly oriented on the right arm as well. The body might be a little narrow for my liking (aesthetic, not anything else >_>) but the narrowing prior to the hips is well executed. I could suggest straightening the line for the right edge of the torso a little more, in reflection of the orientation of the character.
