Hey guy2 look who ii2 lurkiing the forum2 right now hahaha
In all honesty, you've really improved and i'm not spotting too many errors. Heightening the jawline a tad, working on the perspective of the skirt a bit and maybe pointing the right boot a bit more to face the front/fixing up the perspective of the sash(?) will probably fix them though. I'm sorry if i'm kind of sucking at the critique thing right now, i'm kind of doing two things at once here, ahaha.

Poor attempt at 3/4 realistic style head. Person featured is mostly non-referenced, so if is looks similar to someone I apologize. >.<
