Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games, a Bowling game, and a pinball game I never played. Got them on Chirstmas but not at the same time.
M&SATOG is the worst minigame fest ever.
Don't ever play it.

Call of Duty 3
Jak and Dexter 3
Marvel: Ultimate Alliance
And this Socom game for the PSP
I got no clue what happened to the Call of Duty game though, I think I let my friend borrow it and forgot to get it back. I also did that with my copy of GTA Vice City, I let my friend borrow it and then forgot to get it back.

It came with my PS2 and I never bothered playing it.
Mario & Sonic at the Winter Olympic Games.
Also Modern Warfare 2 and Madden 10 for Xbox 360, but I don't think these two count because I don't even have them.
And Pokemon Heart Gold, but this was before I left for Lake Tahoe this year.

For a while it was DMC4.
I put it in, let it install the data so I could play it whenever I wanted to, and I never played it for a few months.
