Here is my list of who has the best question from good to lame:

1. Staryu
2. Boo
3. Toadette
4. Absol
5. Zambezi
6. Garrlous
7. Nfan
8. Barky

Staryu has the most juicy questions of course and the same goes for Boo and Toadette. Absol Questions was interesting and has some originality inside as well. Zambezi questions was repetitive but on par with Absol in some ways. Garrlous Questions okay, and Nfan Questions were typical but advance at the same time. Barky Questions were just boring IMO.
