Double Vision is a 2-VS-2 Minigame in MPDS.
On the botton screen there's a picture of an enemy made up of of lines of 2 specific colors.
Both players must trace the lines depending which player they are
Player 1 uses blue so he/she must trace the Blue lines
Player 2 uses red so he/she must trace the red lines
Player 3 is Yellow so he/she must trace the yellow lines
Player 4 is green so he/she must trace the green lines

I'm pretty good at this Minigame actually I'm an expert at drawing and got a perfect score of 100 one time although it wasn't easy and cost me a lot of time but do you guys like it?

Drawing games are easy for me, I got a perfect score one time too, but now I would get a score around 80. Anyway, it's a nice minigame.

Easy mini-game, sure. Tracing the lines is easy. I usually always win this mini-game because I'm able to pull off a good score, but rarely do I lose because my partner didn't do well.

Drawing is NOT one of my skillsets. But I guess this game was alright. I rarely play it though, so I'm not to good at it. I prefer Trace Race in MP4 to this one.

At least this kind is a little easier than using a control stick in MP4's Trace Race. Anyway, I love ths one! I like got a perfect score at least a few times or so.

The title of this mini-game always reminded me of AVGN's reviews on the Colecovision and Intellivision. Anyway, since I am not a good tracer...I always do really bad. But it seems like this mini-game favors me. Even though the two computers on one team do absolutely good, and I do horrible...I still seem to win this mini-game.

This was an enjoyable minigame. I like drawing minigames and good use of the stylus and bottom screen of the DS.

Uh, P3 is green and P4 is yellow. =P

One of my faves, I have gotten 100 a couple of times, mostly I think on Wiggler.
I tend to be a rough tracer but I still get high 80s to mid 90s on average.

I also once tried coloring the whole page in and got a measly score of 20ish. Suggests that you lose points for tracing over too much white. >_>

After playing Trace Race, I have to say this is superior, b.c. you're only against the clock and you do half the work. Not to mention you tend to have a reliable partner who gets in the 80s.

Regardless, I'm a slow tracer and tend to finish with 1/2 to 2 seconds remaining.

I take a really long time to trace them and then I realize theres only like 5 seconds left so I rush which causes me to do a bad job lol

This mini-game was easy as hell for me. The only time I ever lost was when I was playing in a vehicle and said vehicle shook me.

Yeah, I loved the drawing/tracing minigames. I'd always win, but it was always fun to see how good my friends were. We'd make a perfect duo and a perfect rival.

Most of the time I will win this game, but the scoring is really random, I don't even know what the max amount of points is (you would think it would be 50 for each player making it out of 100) but I really don't even know I just get worried when the other team gets like 143 and I be all "WTF?" then I get 2xx and I say "Ah, okay"

I think they score you for covering as much of the line as possible (no matter how rough, as I've found out) and penalise you for overfilling white areas - but they're pretty lenient there since filling the whole sheet only makes you lose 80 points.

Yeah this game was easy, the one human player is always able to carry his/her CPU teammate to victory unless they failed Kindergarden and can't trace.

I just scribbled a lot over the lines, since it's easier to get a perfect score. Even when I would trace it perfectly, I still got a low score for whatever reason.

EDIT: Re-played the mini-game, and I traced fine (89 8)). I guess it was just before that this would happen.

A 'perfect trace' would be one that covers all the colored pixels and none of the canvas pixels, but that's not exactly easy. xD

I think Wiggler or Goomba are where I suck (low to mid 80s)

Tracing, I can't trace well cuz I'm not into art that much
