Yup, I felt that earthquake. It happened last night. I wasn't scared, though. I know what to do when it comes to earthquakes. Earthquakes in California are common, and I'm aware of that. Damn, 5.1 magnitude is really big.

I still wonder why the zel they built San Francisco and other major cities in California in the first place.....There are SO MANY FAULTS around San Francisco that living there is like living in a danger that doesn't occur for a long time.

Like...why would you live in that state? It's just too dangerous.

There was a huge earthquake that happened in San Francisco in 1906, and that was really terrible. I think that's the worst earthquake in history in California.

I'd imagine they built it as a place for living despite the dangers involved. Or perhaps they didn't know of the dangers involved at the time.

Also, living literally anywhere can be considered dangerous.

Yeah, there's really no safe haven for anyone. You just gotta be cautious about where you live. Natural disasters happen all the time around the world. Western states with earthquakes, eastern states with hurricanes and snowstorms, you name it.

Yes, that was in Washington. Sucks it didn't receive much coverage but maybe that is out of respect. It was a small town.

Not as bad as the one that just hit Chile. But nevertheless 5.1 is still pretty big. Isn't that the biggest one that hit California for a while?
