Your Game of the Year 2012

Many games have been released this year and I haven't played all of them, AC3 was amazing, so that would be a choice. I feel like there are games out there that would be amazing, but I just did not get the chance to play them yet. I can't really pick one.

Other honorable mentions would be Little Big Planet Karting which is a really fun game to play, and even Battle Royal which is good to kill time, but I don't think those would be my GOTY.

I've only been playing 5 days but I beat it and unlocked Superstar Road-1 and 4.
It is (in my mind) the seconde best Mario game ever. (Super Mario Bros. being the first).

How can you rank those above Paper Mario? :p

Hard to say, I really haven't played most of the AAA titles this year. The best one I played so far would probably be Paper Mario: Sticker Star.

Well I never was a big Paper Mario fan in the first place. In my mind the original ones (64 and TTYD) were a lot better.
 
Mine is easily Mass Effect 3. For all of its faults -- the most prevalent among them being the relative lack of story divergence, as well as the original ending -- the game impressed me more than any other in 2012. The series' combat finally stands toe-to-toe with the likes of Gears of War, NPC interaction is richer than ever before, and the story took me to places that very few titles have managed to, emotionally.
 
AC3 definitely was a big hit with me. I'd be surprised if it at least wasn't runner-up.
 
What is everyone saying? Mario Party 9 all the way. Either that or I think SSX is my favourite. It was just so amazing to slide down all those different mountains in all the different locations. It was so awesome. But then again I haven't played lots of the Big Name Games released this year (Just Black Ops 2 and I absoloutely hated it). So Mario Party 9 or SSX for me
