What a shame that Microsoft added online DRM and are blocking used games. This console will become a brick once the servers are closed.
^ The always online rumor and the blocking used game rumor have been debunked, however there may be a fee to play second hand games but I don't think we have official word yet.

Not really impressed, as of now. Waiting for E3 to make a definitive decision about this console but it's getting a lot of hate. I reckon Microsoft talked barely about gaming because they were saving it for E3 and instead talked about TV most of the time. I'm gonna give this time like I've told people about the Wii U before slamming it.
I'm going to wait for the 15 exclusives they said they have before I make a judgement. The console so far is what I expected it to be. Huge focus on services outside of gaming, but still able to compete with the PS4 in terms of technical power. For me, and for just about every other gamer, it's going to depend on the actual games they reveal.

They finally announced the pricing for Xbox One. If you want one, it's going to set you back $500, and coming in November 2013.

$500 is quite a bit, but we've seen worse. But I'm glad they showed all those games. Did they even say a word about Kinect?

Seeing how much negatives this console has, $499 is not the best price. I'll skip this generation of XBoxes.
