Who do you think should be on the staff?

This is entirely unofficial, but If there is a member who is being awesome in general and you would like on the staff, post who and what staff they should be (Admin-GMod etc.)

It doesn't mean you will be one. durr

I would like Topper1 to be a G-Mod, he deserves it.

Btw, this is for general public only, Staff not allowed. It's unfair.

You saw it as well? The thing about staff is that sometimes power goes to people's heads they see they are in a higher power and they feel that oh whatever I'll do what I want I'm staff...though not many now would do that. But there are also the people that are overexcited and get way ahead of themselves in things such as this, and try to do everything, and they also get mad when something is against them not done in their way. Both things have happened here before, and both were overly ridiculous.

Hmmm as I may know, it's not all the staffs that are "as active" that much time a day. I don't think that's because of this reason that someone would not be a good staff member... By the way, I don't really know who could be a good staff member... it's kinda hard to say. I think I would be good, probably, because of my qualities and how I want to be helpful... But most of the staffs here only come that time a day, so it's not the reason.
 
No offense to anyone on this forum but we do have five admins and two g-mods.
Even if SZ is busy with the site, that's six people over-looking one forum.

Plus I know your looking for suggestions, but if the staff did need extra help, I'm pretty sure they'd have a good idea of who they wanted beforehand.

Besides... anyone who's had experience as a wizard would do a deft job with the staff.

Yeah, I'm agree with you, it's not like they will choose someone that way. It's their site, after all. If they want someone to be on it, I'm mostly sure they will look carefully to see if they need more staff and if they want someone in particuliar...

Thats why I said they will pick someone if they need them.
 
I honestly don't feel this type of discussion is good, because I can tell people are going to get into heated arguments and say some stuff (ex: Yoshi402 tells Luigi Party he would not be a good staff member), while you have the right to your opinion, you know Luigi Party isn't going to respond well, and then this whole thing will be a mess.

Right now, the staff is not looking for anymore staff members. When we are, we'll choose someone we feel can handle the task and be productive.

Some people ask and NO ONE RECEIVES IT
Selecting staff members isn't easy as it sounds
There are alot of steps and prerequisites that must be met in order to move on to the next step
I'm not going to explain the steps step-by-step
We don't have games like this and this is very serious for the health of the forum so this is not funny in no degree
We will indeed lock this topic because this topic is a heated debate and we don't want any drama to transpire from this topic and spread on the forum
And all of you know how this will happen, one person will say that X member should be a staff member then another person will say X shouldn't because of A B C and so on.
We don't want to put any member on blast as we currently say it present-day or put any member on a pedestal because every member no matter if you're a part of the staff or not have the same rights as others and should be treated equally
No title should change another person's attitude about anything
But yes, this topic will be closed for the reasons presented and extrapolated above
