I used to have a Galaxy S3 before that ended up bricked. Recently got around to replacing it with an LG phone.

My dad made me switch to Android now from iPhone 4 lol
Sony Xperia M4 now. TBH I don't mind the switch tho. My Android does play videos and gifs a lot smoother but does have more of a tendency to overheat. I do however still have them both on me so I use my iPhone for music (and I couldnt get the proper album artwork for my music when I tried putting it on my Android). Im also a bigger fan of typing on an iPhone keyboard than the Android one.
I haven't had battery life issues with either but on my Android I don't have to adjust the brightness at all to see/read anything (i.e I can leave it on the lowest setting) which Im pretty sure does help.

Another point for Android would be the bigger availability of apps. Well, I'm not an Apple fan at all.
Galaxy s5, was going to get the S6 when it came out but i saw you can't take out there battery so i was like nahh i usually have 2 extra batteries laying around, so when im out and my phone is dying, i dont have to worry about chargin the phone, all i do is take out the charged batter, change it and tadaaa back at 100% haha
