Definitely take down forum games.
Activities is One of the forums highlights. The creative minds are allowed to run free. I don't think it would provoke activity on other boards it would just make activity go down since the most happens there.
Yeah, keep Activties but shut down Forum Games.
Frankly I'm looking for more of those daily life posts (Ex. What shoes do you normally wear, School, etc...) because I enjoy learning about other people and most of my posts come from there.

Close the lodges. I mean, it's not that important of a board. All of the topics fit in the two most obvious boards: General Gaming and Nintendo. Or potentially re-purpose the lodge board to Retro Gaming, since that is majority of the talking there.

Is it possible for there to be like a "View conversation" button on member's profiles so you can ONLY see the messages between you and another member/X member and X member? It would be a lot easier to keep track of conversations through Profile messages.
I know you guys do an Award type thing in January, but maybe we should stretch on it. Make it bigger and better, and more enjoyable!
