On a world called the internet, there was once a small nation known as Mario Party Site Forum who spent all their
time partying around and such, it was a happy and laidback place. However their lack of concerns placed them at
grave danger when the nation started to get filled with vile creatures of the internet. Soon, a group of disguised
Internet trolls saw the fading nation was starting to fall apart. The group made an announcement to the whole town,
they promised that they would bring great things to the nation. Almost the whole nation agreed with them, however,
the leaders of the nation, The Staff team, and a group of loyal peasants, disagreed with the group. The nation
however had no chance as the Internet Trolls, disguised as heros, managed to turn the people against them. The staff
and peasants were exiled from the nation which was now over run by the trolls and other vile creatures of the
internet. It was a terrible place, with people running wild and doing as they please. However, the trolls were
planning much more than simply bringing down the nation. They managed, to make a whole team of powerful hackers and
designer, who are part of the nation's secret Moderation team, who's job was to get rid of anyone who might oppose
the new nation. However, the loyal staff and peasants did not give up. They gathered several renegade members of the
new nation, and became a secret group who's purpose was to take down the Trolls and bring back their nation to it's
former glory. This group is called, Mario Party Legacy, MPL for code.
The Game
Setting: The internet is a Dystopia(Opposite of a paradise) Country in the not so far future, think of Metal Gear Solid-type of
universe. There also exists an alternate reality, which we know as the Real World.
Story Characters: People can either be Members of the New Legacy, Internet Trolls, n00bs (typical pawns), Mods(Lower Moderation Team), Hackers(Higher Moderation Team), or Adminstators(The corrupted leaders).
What YOU can be: You either be a member of TNL or be on the opposing team, you are allow to betray but only one time to prevent too much conflict. However, you can only primarily Role play as yourself or an original character.
What EVERYONE can be: Everyone can control a Story Character, who will be able to advance the plot if needed. A
single Story character can be controled by multiple people to avoid waiting for others. These characters can be
created at anytime.
What you CAN'T do: you CANNOT control anyone else's own character. (eg. MLYW cannot control Sushi Boy).
The Plot: Always try to advance the plot at least a little, it's ok to goof every once in a while but try not to spoil the mood(Stay serious during serious momements though).
The Rules
-You are allowed to go off on your own most of the time but may be forced to meet up when told to.
-You can make up the story up as you go of course but don't make it too crazy, we're going for a solid story right here.
-You can join in at anytime, just make sure you give yourself a proper entrance a fill out the sign up form.
-Type in descriptive small paragraphs. Don't do this -> (MLYW: *does a barrel roll*).
-The team WILL suffer loses at some times so we won't be perfect.
