it's self explanatory, it's a pixel making program online, how hard could it be to understand it by looking at the picture

I want to how is it similar and different from MS Paint.

well you can use it that way i guess, but choosing colors is like using a giant color wheel, and theres more to it, as well as i ussaully do it pixel by pixel
