I watched a couple of the new epsiodes to see what it's like. Got to get used to the new voices. Ash sounds like a girl. Team Rocket is actually doing something for a change.

Dang, it was creepy but I CAN ACTUALLY SEE THIS HAPPENING. It makes sense. I always hated how the pokemon are all cutesy and nonrealistic. But why is Ash GAY? Makes no sense to me.
So there is a new special season for the Pokémon Anime. It's going to be called "Pokémon: The Origin." It features Red and his rival, Green, on a journey to battle the gym leaders such as Brock and take on the league and catch Pokémon. Even stopping Team Rocket, too. It will air every Wednesday (in Japan), starting October 2, 2013.

Ah, that's very interesting. A special season based on Pokémon Red and Blue... I've gotta see this.
Looks polished, although I'm slightly offended and underwhelmed by the "rival" being Green. Also, not so much as a gripe as opposed to observervational puzzler: I'm kind of shocked it's based on the first one; I guess to avoid spoilers for X and Y. Hm. At least Red appears likeable and caring.

Phew, it just so happens that, most likely in mass minority, I have the Leaf Green remake...and unfotunately everything in bluish, which only helps slightly unless somehow they were both the main heroes, but, especially based on his appearance, I don't see that happening.
