I sure have not. No plans to get it, either. It's really sad to see this being beaten badly in sales by the 3DS. The 3DS is like dominating (and still is) in Japan, whereas the sales are like around 4K per week now in Japan.
The Vita was nice in pretty in the beginning but then the lack of games coming out made it dead. I traded mine in to Gamestop and got $180 for it. It beats 3DS in visuals but 3DS' games are just too good and too frequent for the Vita to try to come back.
I have no plans in the near future of getting one. The lack of interesting titles and price tag steer me away. It being Sony, I wonder if they'll be smart enough to lower the price to make it a more affordable handheld.
Dont have one nor have any plans on getting one especially when the Wii U is out.

I got a Vita a few days ago and it's alright. I only got the Playstation All-Stars Battle game so I can't really say if the games are good, I might get Uncharted next.

News for PlayStation Vita has come in.
Basically, we got a price cut in Japan, to 19,980 Yen, a new Vita color, Ice Silver, and games we already know about. All of this is Japan only so far.
- Both vita models will be priced at ¥19,980 starting on Feb 28th
- Free week of PS+ (valid between 2/28-3/18)
- New Vita Color: Ice Silver out 2/28 (There is a PSO2 bundle too)
- Toukiden (PSV/PSP) has cross platform play (Demo in April/Game out in Summer)
- Valhalla Knights 3 (Marvelous SQLQ) out on 5/23.
- Eiyuu Densetsu: Sen no Kiseki out later this year
- Gundam Breaker has Gundam customizing. Out later this year
- God Eater 2 is a big step forward over God Eater Burst. Vita version graphics improved over previous title.
