Picture taking

I only take pictures or record videos when something unusual happens in a video game. I sometimes take a pic of myself only to show my friends how I look as of right now, I soon after immediately delete the picture of me.
 
I take pictures basically whenever I feel like it with my phone. I barely shoot videos anymore because going through the process of shooting the video, hooking the camera up to my grandma's computer (with good ol' Windows 7), converting the video from MPEG-4, I think, to WMV/AVI, putting the converted video on a computer chip, and hooking up the camera to my computer (with Vista, which trying to play videos recorded on my camera doesn't work with anything besides VLC) is a mother of a b*tch. Also because I have nothing interesting to record videos of.
 
I prefer using a camera to take photos. I don't think myself photogenic, so I end up on the other end of the camera, which gives me the liberty/opportunity to try out different specs.

However, I use digital cameras. (Just in case you thought I was a professional photographer like yoshi15's dad (I think). =P I'm not.)

I use the phone only to take quick snaps of something if I don't have a camera on hand.
 
Taking pictures with a cellphone is the best thing invented by... whoever invented it.

Instead of writing down notes, I simply take a picture of them and save my wrists, energy and paper, therefore nature as well.

Sometimes I update my gaming collection with pictures, I don't want write a huge wall of text just for that and I am quite positive most people find pictures more convenient and entertaining anyway.
