Been working hard on one of the new boards - what does everyone think so far?

I'm also trying to figure out how I should have the people move around in the area... (I want all the spaces shown there)
Blue Spaces are those that won't change (Bowser remains Bowser, and so on).
Green Spaces will never always be the same space. (Kind of like Waluigi's Island... but not exactly)

THe flow of the board is a little symmetrical plus the inaccessible blue region spaces on left and right edges

I'm also going to be adding passing events in there such as an item house and even the one specific to this area on the blue spaces.
I may even add a dash space if it still looks too long.
Also what was special about the red-bordered spaces (green/yellow/blue/red)?

Board is almost complete - just need to finish the floors for the rooms and the outside area. (Mostly just to make it look good)
...anything I should do before it's finished?
The carpet pathways are a coll looking feature.
