Hmm, that's an interesting idea, but the board looks very messy and confusing because of the cluttered background. I'm sure there is a way you could make a custom background that incorporates the idea!
I agree. The board, full of Pokémon, is a mess. You should have fewer Pokémon on there in the background. If ? Spaces worked, then I think it would be very fun to interact with various kinds of Pokémon.
