No. I do not think that will ever happen. Giga Bowser should only reside in the Super Smash Bros. Universe.
Sure he is!!, but he is bigger than Bowser, so I would see it like the new villain and Bowser a new playable character. I'm sure they can make two Bowsers in one game even if Bowser and Giga Bowser are the same character.

It would be big fun to play with Bowser, but I think it will be too fake to have 2 Bowsers at te same moment. I don't think that's gonna work.

The boss battle in Mario Party 5 was kinda like Giga Bowser

The primary issue is role here. Since we only have accounts of Giga Bowser emerging from Bowser (i.e. coexistence invalid, 'cept in Debug Mode of Melee >_>), that requires Bowser's role as villain confirmed. Since anyone larger than Wario nowadays would be too big for playability (DK's grown >_>), playability is out. But, as some have said, Giga Bowser is more of a brutal character than Bowser could be at his most powerful, and that's not a very suitable boss battle (even final) unless Bowser is forced into this (making him not the final villain). If we did want a Bowser that isn't Bowser, I'd be happy with Dry Bowser (even though only 3(?) game appearances [NSMB, MSATOWG, MKWii {though I suspect he might be in one more game}] makes for shallowness. But hey, Giga Bowser's only featured in 2. )
