Less than once a year or never for me. I rarely go.

Not really big on movies, but if I really need to see something, and it's in between the period of time when it's no longer in theaters and waiting to be released on DVD (like SAW 3D [I know, I have terrible taste]), then I'll just torrent it.

My parents go to the movies at least once a month, but I only go to the movies once in a while because I usually don't want to go to the movies, especially when the movie that my parents are going to see isn't good. =P
I rarely go watch movies, last time was like five months ago.... so yeah. Today me and my family are supposed to go watch ''The Tourist'' so after today I'll have to wait another five months. 
I have never gone to a Cinema... volunteeraly.
There was this one time when I was 10, where I was with my class, we watched something related to Leonardo da Vinci and stuff, then there was freefalling and I nearly throwed up. That was enough Cinema for me.

I go about one or twice a month with my friends, depends on how many decent movies are out that month. I haven't been going as much lately this year.
I can't stand paying for the foods/drinks, plus I rather just wait to see movies on DVD. It's been awhile since I last went to the theater; last movie I saw was "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince".
I barely go to the movies anymore. I used to go frequently when I was younger but now I never/barely do. The last movie I saw was Avatar in 3D which was a long time ago. =P
