I go 3x every week and I love to. Christian, and also a non-denominational to be more specific.
I tried taking some change from out of the charity basket one time at a wedding because I thought it was a gift. 
Never, there is like no religion in my life.

The first time I went to Church I did the same. XD
I grew up going to church pretty frequently but I never go anymore. The last time I went was Christmas eve mass, and I was basically forced to (you wouldn't think parents could force an adult to go to church, but found a way). Even when I believe in God, I just didn't like going to church. Now that I don't believe in God, its just a waste of time and kind of disrespectful to the people there who are religious when you think about it.

Yes, I do go to church, at least twice a year. The two required visits are for Easter Sunday and Christmas Eve. Other times are rare, like for a funeral or a special service. I recently went to church last Wednesday...and will go to church again on Monday.

Only on Pascha and sometimes I go temple when somebody dies (a lot of people in my family are Jewish). Last time I went to temple was about six months ago because my friend's father passed away
I used to and I should be going, but my family is busy (or sleeping) at 11 am.
Not to sound like a moderator or anything, but wasn't there already a topic like this? Anyways, I don't go to church. I went to a temple once in like 2nd grade. I'm a Buddhist.
