Should I or Shouldn't I buy a 3DS?

Walmart will be selling the 3DS for $170 before August 12, meaning I can get the 3DS and the 20 free games along with the price cut. I'm still waiting on the games but this looks like an opportunity I won't get for a while. And from the looks of it, a redesign wouldn't come for at least another year and this is being the earliest we would see one.

So, should I get a 3DS this Tuesday?

Definitely go for it. I doubt there would be a redesign this early, or the next two years, at least.

And you should get Ocarina of Time 3D while you're at it. One of the great games to play to pass the time.

DS got the DS Lite a year later.

I don't see how much more compact/sleek the 3DS can get (it's pretty snazzy as it is), but it's your call.

- Paper Mario 3DS
- New features and stuff yo

Cons
- I have the original DS
- I'm broke kinda
- I don't care about the 3D tbh
- With school coming up I don't think I'd use it as much

They're even as of now, but I probably won't end up buying it now. I doubt that I'd be able to play a lot and that alone wouldn't justify the money I would use to purchase it.

So I bought the 3DS today along with Ocarina. It's a cool handheld (and its not nearly as bad looking as I made it sound), its just lacking in games. I'm sure I'll have fun with the games included as well as Ocarina, but outside of that, not too much to do. I'm pretty excited for the 20 free games though and this Christmas will definetly be one for the 3DS.

That's really cheap. I would get it but like Slacker said I'm kinda broke even for 170.
