Mario Party 9 Wi-Fi

[mari0vsluigi]

I personally think that Mario Party should have been an online game. But to what extent? Should games and characters be omitted, or more be available? Should playing online get you special modes and stuff? Should playing online be with 4 people? Or as much as 32?  ??? ??? ??? ???

Mario Party 9 won't happen....

Wow dude, way to keep everyone's hopes up for another! C'mon! don't you at least hope there will be another?

Isn't there already a topic about this? I have to look back. But regardless, I have small hopes it can happen, but if it's like Mario Party 8, then I hope it stays dead...

Mario Party 9 won't happen....

Nothing new.

If it does, mandatory wi-fi

Yet it's not...

The next installment won't happen in the near future. And if it does have Wi-Fi, restrict it to friends only, not with random people.

That's probably why it didn't happen on MPDS, it's just too difficult to put out with all this other stuff you have to think of.

If it's not in it's kinda like having an elephant in the room.

I'm sure Wi-Fi would be a disaster. But it'd be nice to see how it played out with Wi-Fi.

I think Wi-fi should be restricted to friends only, likewise stated above.  I guess it would be way too chaotic for just random people playing.  Also, it should be WORLDWIDE, not REGIONAL if playing with friends.  I doubt Mario Party 9 will be made,  but if it does, I hope Nintendo/Hudson Soft can clean up their mistakes from Mario Party 8, because that game was utter trash.  Likewise, it's highly unlikely for a new Mario Party since Wii Party was made.  (How original.  /sarcasm.)

Wifi might get uneasy with Mario Party, but who knows?
