Lying

Pretty simple, do you lie?

I don't want to say I'm a big liar, because I only lie about certain things, but I am willing to lie when necessary. I would never lie about anything major or immoral (i.e., I'd never lie about stealing money or to my boyfriend or make up something that someone else did). But like if I miss class & the professor wants to know why, I'll lie about it if I didn't have a good reason. And for work whenever I take a day off, I always fill in "school" as the reason. It's none of their business what I'm really taking off for, imo.

I also lied when I went to Planned Parenthood & said I'd already had a pelvic exam because a) I didn't want them to give me one and b) I didn't want to have to pay for them to give me one =P

All of my lies are harmless so I see no problem with them

Human behavior has many "faults" on what we can call a "perfect" being, and one of these things are lying.

Every single one of you members have lied at least once in your life. It's not my opinion, it's biology speaking.

If you were to tell the truth for even just one week straight, you'd have zero friends. We tell lies every day without even knowing it, such as "Yes, that sweater looks good" or "This steak is delicious!" when you don't think so. If everybody told the truth all the time, everyone would have hurt feelings. Sometimes it's better to lie

Unless you spend your life living under a rock, you probably lie at least once a day, probably more often

I know I lie, I just don't lie all the time. Ever since Grade 4 I've actually tried to tell the truth more.
