What do you refer to him as. It's Mini Bowser for me, even though I'm American. It's just too obvious that it's his real name. BTW, for those uninformed, he's called Baby Bowser in NA MP1-3, Koopa Kid in NA MP4-7, Mini Bowser in all PAL games (I think) and Mini Koopa in all JP games.
