It would increase tourney activity if we made it as a category in Activities.

Definitely in favor of this.
Convenient access and easy ability to participate in/host tournaments would for sure increase activity and interest.

I don't really see a demand for a tournament board outside the two or three tournament topics. I understand that it will help keep it organized, but I don't see the point if it will only be a few topics.

Yeah...use the Activity Central board for tournaments and if it takes on a life of it's own (which it hasn't as of right now) then it'll get it's own board.
I think we need to see more Tourneys before considering this. =P I love the idea though.
Yeah, but not a lot of people post any tournament ideas because there is a lack of a board. Perhaps if we made it like a sub-board to Activities first then let it grow.
