Landing Warp v3 (AirsolanEvents) - A event board for Mario Party 3.

This custom event will allow you to warp a player who lands on a space to another space of the same type.
It includes a text box and sound.

v2: cleaner code; fixed bug where other players would warp
v3: the code now includes character's voices and also shows the location that the warp leads to. (the character is warped slightly below the target space to avoid them clipping into other characters on the warp destination)
